What it does
"A Test of Your Reflexes!" isn't a standard Magic keyword—it's flavor text styling associated with Unfinity's attraction cards and similar joke/silver-bordered designs that reward quick player reactions. In effect, these cards ask players to physically respond fast (like slapping a card or being first to do something), with bonuses going to whoever reacts quickest.
The big thing people get wrong: this is an Un-set/acorn-bordered mechanic, not legal in standard Commander games. You can't drop these into a normal EDH deck and expect them to work—they require table agreement to use the "acorn" cards, since they break the game's tournament rules.
In Commander, it only matters at casual tables that have explicitly agreed to allow Un-cards. Always confirm with your playgroup before bringing reflex-based or other silly-mechanic cards, since most pods default to acorn-free play.
