1. Acceptance
By using Mythicwyrm ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Mythicwyrm is a Commander/EDH discovery, deckbuilding, and analysis tool. Features include commander hubs, AI assistance ("Wyrm"), deck tools, and collection tracking. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of decks, comments, and other content you create. By posting it, you grant Mythicwyrm a non-exclusive license to store and display it to operate the Service. Don't post content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive — we may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
5. AI content
Wyrm's guides, explanations, and suggestions are generated by AI for informational purposes. They may be inaccurate or out of date and are not official rulings. Always verify against the comprehensive rules and official sources.
6. Fan content & intellectual property
Mythicwyrm is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. © Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card data and images are provided by Scryfall.

Some links (e.g. "Buy") are affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythicwyrm is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on prices or AI output.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
