Keen Sight is a keyword from Bloomburrow that rewards you for caring about high power. It reads: "Whenever this creature attacks, if it has power 4 or greater, draw a card." So when a creature with Keen Sight (and 4+ power) swings in, you refill your hand.
The nuance people miss is the intervening "if" clause: the power check happens both when the trigger would go on the stack and when it resolves. If your creature's power drops below 4 before resolution (say, an opponent shrinks it in response), you won't draw. Conversely, pumping it to 4+ before attacks are declared lets it trigger.
In Commander, Keen Sight is solid card advantage on aggressive creatures, especially with cheap pump effects or +1/+1 counters. It naturally synergizes with go-wide or power-matters decks where hitting that threshold is trivial.
