What it does
Mobilize N is an attack trigger: whenever the creature with mobilize attacks, you create N tapped and attacking 1/1 red Warrior creature tokens. You pick which player or planeswalker they're attacking (it doesn't have to match the original attacker). At the beginning of the next end step, you sacrifice those tokens.
The nuance people miss: the tokens aren't permanent. They stick around through the whole combat and can be used to crew Vehicles, sacrifice to outlets, or convoke before they die at end of turn—so use them rather than just swinging. Also, because they enter "attacking," they skip the declare-attackers step, meaning they don't trigger "whenever this attacks" effects of their own and can't be blocked-around by tapping them down preemptively.
In Commander, mobilize shines with sacrifice synergies and aristocrats decks, turning a single attack into multiple expendable bodies for value or extra Goblin/Warrior tribal triggers.
