Proclamator Hailer

What it does

Proclamator Hailer isn't a keyword—it's a card. It's a colorless artifact from the Warhammer 40,000 Commander decks that taps to give one creature +1/+1 until end of turn. More importantly, it has a "Squad"-style activated ability: you pay mana to put a number of creature tokens or boost, supporting go-wide strategies tied to the Necron/Astartes themes. The most common confusion is treating it like a keyword ability rather than a specific equipment/artifact. Its abilities are activated abilities, so they use the stack and can be responded to, and they don't trigger off combat automatically. In Commander, it shines in token-heavy or aggressive decks where anthem-style pumps and extra bodies matter. Time activations carefully—boosting before blockers are declared versus after can swing combat math in multiplayer games.
