Why is this card good?
A staple-tier dual land for Simic and any deck running green-blue.
Rejuvenating Springs is part of the "Slowland" cycle, and the conditional clause is essentially a Commander gift: with two or more opponents — which is the default in any multiplayer pod — it enters untapped. Since EDH games almost always have three or four players, you're getting an untapped dual land with zero downside the vast majority of the time.
That's a big deal because true untapped GU duals are scarce, and unlike shocklands you pay no life, unlike fastlands it's not punished by late draws, and unlike painlands it doesn't ping you. It just works.
Who wants it: any Simic deck, plus Sultai, Bant, Temur, or four/five-color shells touching green and blue. Ramp, wheels, lands-matter, +1/+1 counters — all fine.
When to skip it: only in 1v1 Commander / cEDH duels, where it always enters tapped and you'd prefer a true dual or fetch-fixable basic. In normal pods, just run it.
