Why is this card good?

Worldly Tutor is green's premier one-mana creature tutor, and the flexibility of an instant makes it far better than it looks. You can hold it up, then crack it on an opponent's end step to topdeck exactly what you need for your turn. The catch is card disadvantage: it doesn't put the creature in hand, just on top, so you're essentially spending a card and a draw step to "draw" your pick. That's a real cost, which is why it shines most when you're fetching a specific high-impact target. Who wants it: combo decks tutoring for a wincon (think Craterhoof Behemoth, a key engine creature, or a commander piece like Thassa's Oracle in green-inclusive shells). Toolbox/midrange creature decks love grabbing silver-bullet hatebears or answers. When to skip it: go-wide token or pure value decks that don't have a singular must-find creature — you'd rather just draw cards. If you can't generate card advantage elsewhere, the tempo and card cost adds up.
