Gameplan
Goldberry is a mono-blue counter-manipulation engine: load counters onto cheap permanents, vacuum them onto Goldberry, then redistribute them where they matter while drawing a card each time. You build incremental card advantage and counter mass, then redeploy counters to win via a giant Walking Ballista, planeswalker ultimates, or counter-fueled creatures. Most turns you proliferate, shuffle counters, and dig deeper into your engine pieces.
