Gameplan
Momo is a one-drop mono-white flyers aggro/go-wide commander. You flood the board with evasive creatures, get repeatable cost reduction on your best flying threats, and use anthems and equipment to push lethal damage through the air while Momo grows each combat.
Strengths

Tighten the curve with efficient flyers and a couple of anthem-based finishers (Intangible Virtue, Anointed Procession with tokens) so one good turn ends the game.
