The Commander
Flurry — Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, copy it, then exile the spell you cast with four time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, they may play it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)

Cast cheap spells and trigger Flurry every turn: your second spell each turn gets copied immediately, then the original is suspended with four time counters to be recast for free later. You build a snowballing engine of doubled card advantage, counterspells, and bounce, eventually overwhelming the table with copied game-changers or recurring big spells off suspend.

Add copy/storm payoffs (Thousand-Year Storm, Archmage Emeritus, Aetherflux Reservoir) and top-of-library tutors (Mystic Sanctuary, Personal Tutor, Spellseeker via colorless support) to control what Flurry copies. Finally, protect Taigam with counterspells and cheap protection like Heroic Intervention's blue analogs (Slip Out the Back, Spell Pierce) to keep the engine online.
