Whenever you draw a card during an opponent's turn, create a 1/1 blue Tentacle creature token.
Whenever a Tentacle you control dies, untap up to one target Kraken and put a stun counter on up to one target nonland permanent.

The Watcher enters tapped under nine stun counters, so it's a passive engine rather than an early beater—you load up on instant-speed and opponent-turn card draw to flood the board with 1/1 Tentacles. Sacrificing or trading Tentacles untaps the Watcher (shedding stun counters) while stunning down opponents' key permanents, locking them out turn after turn. You grind value with draw, control the board with repeated stun-tapping, then close with a swarm of tokens or a finisher.
