Gameplan
Cast Haldir as a one-drop you can pump via X, then flood the board with Elves and convert mana into overwhelming combat damage by activating his anthem ability, which scales off the counters on him. You ramp hard with Elf mana dorks, deploy a wide Elf army, and pile counters onto Haldir to make every attack lethal.
