Roxanne pumps out Meteorite tokens on ETB and every attack, each pinging something for 2 and ramping you hard since her second ability doubles mana from any artifact token you tap. You snowball into oversized mana, use the pings to grind down boards and players, and convert that ramp into giant payoffs or a token-fueled finish.
