When Éomer enters, target player becomes the monarch. Éomer deals damage equal to its power to any target.

Gameplan
Flood the board with Humans, then drop Éomer as a giant double-striking finisher that enters huge and immediately fires off a damage bolt equal to its power (which doubles up with double strike on the next attack). Become or steal the monarch to bury opponents in card advantage while your wide Human army applies pressure, then close with massive commander damage or repeated ETB burn via flicker.
