Mowu is a mono-green +1/+1 counter Voltron commander who snowballs out of control—every counter source gets a free bonus counter, so a 4-mana 4/4 quickly becomes a massive vigilant trampler that crashes in for commander damage. Spend the early turns ramping and dropping counter enablers, then load up Mowu and protect your investment.
Strengths
