Gameplan
Skullbriar is a two-mana voltron beatstick that grows itself off combat damage and, crucially, keeps its counters when it dies or is exiled, so removal barely slows you down. Deploy Skullbriar turn 2-3, pile on +1/+1 counters and evasion, and kill players one at a time with commander damage. Recast it cheaply after wipes since its size is preserved and you avoid heavy commander tax punishment.
Strengths
- Counters persist through death, exile, and graveyard, making the deck extremely resilient to spot removal and board wipes
- Cheap two-mana commander with haste lets you start the clock early and recast affordably
- Closes games fast via 21 commander damage, often killing a player in 2-3 swings

Weaknesses
- Relies on a single creature, so tuck effects, -X/-X, and edicts (when it's your only creature) hit hard
